“Hatchet” by Gary Paulson Book Review by Reaving

Brian Robeson, thirteen, is on his way to visit his father in Canada. On the way there, the pilot of the airplane has a heart attack, leaving Brian to fly the plane on his own. He lands the plane on a lake and is able to get out alive. Now Brian must rely on his upon his wits to stay alive in the harsh Canada wilderness.
