“The Phantom Tollbooth” by Norton Juster Book Review by Reaving


The Phantom Tollbooth is a book by Norton Juster. The main character is a boy named Milo.

Milo life is boring. Then a tollbooth arrives mysteriously in his room. Out of boredom, Milo drives though it, and instantly is transported into a strange world. In it, Milo jumps to the island of conclusions, meets a Spelling Bee (B-E-E) saves a town that was cursed to have no noise, and sets out to rescue The Princesses Rhyme and Reason! On the way, Milo finds out that life Is not boring after all.
